A PRESTWICH newsagent was forced to hand over £120 after two men, with scarves covering their faces, pulled out a handgun.
The stunned owner was with his wife and a friend when the two robbers entered Willow News, Willow Road, at 9.45pm on Friday night (April 26).
They brandished a small black handgun and demanded money from the till be put into a black holdall before fleeing.
They ran off along Willow Road and onto Nursery Road.
Both raiders wore dark clothing, were about 5ft 10in, and aged in their late teens or early 20s.
Anyone with information about the robbery and who may have seen the suspects making off from the scene should contact Whitefield CID on 856 8248.
