LANCASHIRE Constabulary's Pennine Policing Division has received a 'wheel' boost from Lookers car dealership in Burnley.
The dealership, a member of the Lancashire Partnership Against Crime. has handed a new Volkswagen Lupo over to the Division to assist officers in their drive against crime.
It is the third year in a row that Lookers have agreed to support local police by handing over a crime prevention car.
The vehicle will be used to make visits to people and premises as a means of reducing and preventing crime across Pennine Division which encompasses the three boroughs of Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale. Superintendent Steve Hartley is pictured receiving the keys from Lookers business manager Tariq Ali.
