A TEENAGER accused of passing counterfeit currency has been told to co-operate with the Probation Service or face custody.
Bury magistrates heard that Ian Thompson, aged 18, failed to turn up for appointments set for him in order for reports to be prepared.
Thompson, of Greenfield Street, Haslingden, faces two charges of passing counterfeit Scottish £20 notes at Knaresborough and Ramsbottom last year. He was bailed until June 7 for reports to be prepared.
