HERE'S food for thought... Blackpool and The Fylde College's School of Catering and Food Production held a catering workshop at St Aidan's High School, Preesall, recently.
Catering students and staff from the college demonstrated their culinary skills, then the pupils had their chance to take part and put their own talents to the test.
The class of budding young chefs made chocolate chip cookies, choux pastry and bread shapes.
A spokesperson from the college said: "The pupils really enjoyed themselves, especially at the end of the session when they had the chance to sample the end product."
