POLICE had to make several arrests after being called to a large-scale late-night disturbance in Darwen Street, Blackburn.
Blackburn magistrates heard that Jason Golden was fighting with another man and as they were arrested Golden's friend, Dean Straughton, got involved and later his brother Robert Golden was also locked up.
Jason Golden, 20, of Oban Drive, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and was fined £75 with £55 costs.
Robert Golden, 22, of Ballantrae Road, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and was fined £50 with £55 costs.
Dean Straughton, 20, of Brownhill Drive, admitted a breach of the peace and was bound over in £100 to keep the peace for 12 months. A charge of being drunk and disorderly was withdrawn.
