ON March 30 to April 14 the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA-UK) undertook their annual door-to-door appeal in the Lancashire district.
The members of the Preston Seventh-Day Adventist Church would like to thank the residents of Lancashire for their generosity in helping to raise £6,391.75.
The money raised will go toward a number of humanitarian projects around the world. These include a mother-child health centre in the Ivory Coast, an orphanage in India, a special needs camp in North Wales, community development in Madagascar, HIV Counselling in Kenya, community health in Guyana and health projects in Guinea and Cambodia.
