TICKETS went on sale today for leading comedian Peter Kay's UK tour in the autumn.
And he broke all box office records at Blackburn's King George's Hall after his one-man show in September sold out in less than an hour.
With the show on Friday September 20 now sold out, a second Blackburn date was quickly arranged yesterday for Wednesday, November 6.
The Bolton-born comedian, who wrote and starred in Channel 4's award-winning Phoenix Nights, will play Blackburn's King George's Hall on Friday, September 20.
He will also play Preston Guild Hall two days earlier on Wednesday, September 18.
Kay recently sold out two nights at Colne Municipal Hall and the demand for tickets is expected to be great.
Kay said: "Stand-up is my first love and now I'm living the dream on my first big tour. Fifty nights with something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue, for the dads.
"Just come, it'll be a laugh as my mum wants a bungalow."
