PLANS to build 10 two-bedroomed apartments, refused by councillors on Pendle's West Craven committee, will be discussed again tonight.
Members of Pendle Council's development control committee will make a final decision on an application to build the block of 10 two-bedroomed apartments at Malham View Close.
The application, by West Craven Developments Limited, was refused by West Craven committee but referred to tonight's committee due to the possible cost implications of the council refusing planning permission on inadequate planning grounds.
Councillors in West Craven turned it down on the grounds it would "adversely affect the setting of the Barnoldswick Conservation Area," but were advised by planning officers they were weak grounds for refusal.
Members of development control are recommended to approve the plans.
