IF YOU'RE going to roll up to Blackpool Tower Circus this summer then get ready for a real stunner of a show.
Joining the traditional troupe this year are a heart-stopping high wire, unbelievable motorbike balancing and even some eye-watering axe throwing among others.
But luckily it's light-hearted too with the madcap clown Mooky and his straightman Mr Maxi keeping the kids and parents well entertained.
Producer and director Laci Endresz Snr has brought together an impressive international cast under his Tower big top.
Where else could you see Germain Delbosq foot-juggling with fire on a motorbike pelmet, Mr Laszlo running on the outside of a giant hamster wheel and, scariest of all, the Los Alamos family who like to throw sharp things at each other. And watch if you dare when the blindfold son starts throwing star-shaped axes at his mother as she spins on a wooden frame right across the circus ring.
But fun meets the fear and kooky Mooky can't help but raise a smile with his amusing antics -- favourite of all being his Elvis impersonation and a fleeting Swan Lake.
Blackpool Tower Circus hosts three performances daily (four during October half term) on Level 3 of the Tower and is free with entrance to the Tower at £11 adults and £7 children. Call (01253) 292029 for further information.
