SEARCHING for the business of your dreams is easier thanks to one forward-thinking Bury company.

For Kings Business Transfer, who specialise in the sale of commercial premises, have come up with a novel way of keeping clients in touch with the market.

Kings, who have one of the largest selections of commercial retail and leisure property in the north west of England, are now mailing out property details on a CD Rom.

So, whether people are searching for a chippy or a pub all the available properties can be put on one disc and sent in the post.

"We believe we are the first company in the country to do it," says Kings partner Chris Rowlands. "So it is a unique service for our customers.

"These days more and more people have access to computers so it makes sense to be able to have the details in this format."

He added: "The CD's include the full sales particulars andphotos. It means we can give much more information in one easy to handle package."

The company, which is based at St Mary's Place, Bury, has long been a leading player in the industry when it comes to IT.

"We always looking at ways new technology can be used to develop the business.

"We invested in a web site five years ago and the site has recently been revamped to take advantage of advances in technology."

Kings Business Transfer was established eight years ago by Chris and his partner Gerry Murphy.

They currently have around £100 million worth of property on their books.
