DARWEN Police say they seized a 'substantial quantity' of drugs after another raid as part of the division-wide crackdown.
Officers struck in Sarah Street, Darwen, on Wednesday morning, and arrested two men who were yesterday charged with possession and intent to supply.
Sergeant Ian Hanson, of Darwen Police, said: "We are sending out a clear message to people involved in these activities -- we are coming after you."
He said they were still analysing the substances to determined what they were.
The Safer Streets in Lancashire initiative takes in Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley and will involve a raid a day on dealers.
Eastern Division officers, including detectives, area beat officers, support unit officers, armed response and the road policing unit, are all involved.
Wednesday's raid was the second in Darwen as part of the scheme.
