I OFTEN hear passing vehicles playing extremely loud, thumping beat music. You can hear them a hundred yards away!
How they can keep their mind on their driving at high speed is beyond me. They are a menace to public safety. Why doesn't the Government outlaw this stupid behaviour and do us all a favour?
