CENTRE Paul Anderson will miss Leigh Centurions' next three NFP matches after being banned by the RFL Disciplinary Committee.

Anderson, who was also fined £100, was found guilty of deliberate use of the forearm in an incident against Hull KR two weeks ago.

His place in the line-up against Swinton tomorrow is likely to go to Phil Kendrick.

Also out of the Lions game are second rower Simon Baldwin and prop Simon Knox. Baldwin aggravated a hand injury in training while Knox has a back problem. But back into the side comes Dave Whittle who has returned from his loan spell with St Helens.

Coach Paul Terzis is glad to see his side back in NFP action after two months action in the Buddies National League Cup.

"The business end of the season starts now," he says. "We've got several games to catch up on, starting this weekend. If we win those then we're right back in the thick of things at the top of the table.

"I know the players are eagerly waiting for league action to start again. We're ready to go."

Although Sunday's game is classed as an away fixture, the derby clash will take place at Hilton Park with Gigg Lane still unavailable.

Leigh's expected line-up tomorrow is: Turley; McCully, Kendrick, Roper, Irwin; Svabic, Swann; Matautia, Hamilton, Whittle, Isherwood, Price, Bristow. Subs from: Bradbury, Ball, Rowley, Duffy, Morley.
