A POST mortem examination carried out on a 42-year-old murder victim revealed he died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
Father-of-three Rupert Satchell was discovered at a house in Goldfinch Drive, Bury, on the "Dicky Bird" estate, in the early hours of last Thursday.
It is believed that at least two men were involved in the incident at the council house, which is not Mr Satchell's address, and is known by locals and police as a drugs den.
Anyone with information should call the incident room on 0161 856 8336 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
