FIREMEN spent three hours pumping floodwater from a factory in Grimshaw Street, Darwen, after a heavy downpour.
A spokesman said the ground floor at metal polisher, Almond and Mellor, was under about three inches of water when they arrived yesterday.
The environmental unit at Burnley brought in specialist equipment to deal with the incident.
