A PRETTY Manchester terrier cross found wandering in Blackburn on Wednesday by the dog warden is in desperate need of a new home.
The terrier, a bitch, is thought to be about two-and-a-half years old. She is black, tan and white and, although she was found with no collar or means of identification, she appears to have been quite well looked after.
The dog is now being cared for at Glencoe Kennels, Haslingden Old Road, Oswaldtwistle.
Kathy Dewhurst, of the kennels, said: "She is a nice little thing."
Anyone who can offer the terrier a permanent and loving home should telephone Kathy on 01254 261446 during the week between noon and 5pm.
