A TEA shop in Clitheroe is the toast of the town after being shortlisted for a top award.
Cafe Caprice, in Moor Lane, is in the running for the Tea Council's Top Tea Place of Britain Award, following a visit by an anonymous tea-taster.
The popular cafe is up against Harrods, the Dorchester Hotel in London's Park Lane and Betty's Tearooms, York, in the next round of the competition.
Tea-tasters will visit the cafe over the coming months to judge.
Proprietor Peter Jenkinson said: "The competition is very strong and we are competing against some top establishments."
