A CALLOUS thief snatched an old lady's bag in Talbot Road, Blackpool, on May 20 at just before noon.
The plastic bag contained a pension book, payment cards and other personal items.
The 6ft-tall thief ran off towards the town centre and was seen getting into a maroon-coloured Citroen car. He was skinny with short, blond unkempt hair and wearing a navy blue sweatshirt and trousers.
A sneaky thief unzipped a woman's bag and stole her purse as she stood in a town centre queue in Talbot Road, Blackpool, on May 16 at 5.30pm.
The white male thief was in his mid to late twenties and 5ft 7in tall with a slim build and sandy hair. He was wearing a yellow T-shirt.
Two bag snatchers grabbed an 85-year-old lady's purse from her handbag as she stood outside her house in Peter Street, Blackpool, on May 20 at 3.40pm.
The thieves were white teenage males, wearing baseball caps and both about 5ft 5in tall.
A bogus caller conned her way into the home of a 75-year-old woman in Linden Place, Bispham, on May 21 between 12.45pm and 1.10pm. The white female was about 37 years old, 5ft tall and of average build with dark collar-length curly hair and wearing a three-quarter-length coat and carrying a clipboard.
More bag snatchers struck on Bank Hey Street, Blackpool, on May 22 when a 74-year-old lady had her purse taken while she was in a busy town centre shop.
The purse contained money and other items. One thief was female and one male and both 18 years old. The girl wore a white strapless top and the boy wore dark clothes.
A cheeky bike rider grabbed a 27-year-old man's mobile phone as he talked into it at the junction of Waterloo Road and Bond Street, Blackpool, at 4.10pm on May 21, and then rode off.
The Nokia 3310 mobile phone had a Liverpool FC cover and the thief was a white male, 6ft 2in tall and wearing a Nike tracksuit top. He had fair hair and was riding a blue mountain bike.
