JUBILEE celebrations in Leigh will include a party on the Town Hall square on Monday night between 8pm and 10pm.
Music from a brass band and church bells will mix with disco tunes and a magician and stilt walker will entertain the crowds and distribute flags, hats and balloons to youngsters. The evening ends with a fireworks display.
The razzamatazz has been welcomed by Leigh Town Centre Management Group chairman Cllr Brian Jarvis who praised his colleagues from Leigh Central, East and Hope Carr wards for backing the show with Brighter Borough funding.
"Let's make this a day to remember," said Cllr Jarvis.
