THE annual presentation evening for St John Ambulance's Radcliffe division was a "grand" event for one cadet leader.
Jennifer Bramah (18), from Radcliffe, has gained the Grand Prior award which is the highest accolade a cadet can achieve.
Candidates for this have to complete 12 proficiency tests, including map reading, firefighting and camping.
Awards ranging from best cadet progress to manual handling, casualty and first-aid skills were presented to several members.
All ages were represented: the six to ten-year-old Badger group, cadets aged from ten to 18, and the adult division.
Peter Foran, divisional superintendent for Radcliffe, said: "The awards were a tremendous success, and I like to thank everyone in the Radcliffe division for the commitment they have put into St John's over the past year."
