BUNTING from six national flags was made by children as part of half term Commonwealth Games celebrations.
Thirty children joined in the fun at Blackburn and Darwen libraries over the holidays -- flagging up a study of Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan and India.
Organiser Adele Karwat said: "All the children had great fun and the tickets were all sold out for the day. There are always loads of events organised for the holidays but we used the Spirit of Friendship theme to really have some fun."
The children were entertained with a sports and geography quiz with prizes up for grabs.
