STAND-UP is still Cool says Blackpool Grand Theatre as contorting comic Phil Cool announces three shows in the Studio this summer.
Back in Blackpool after a three year break, Phil will bring his unique brand of comedy and facial contortions to the Studio on July 17, 18 and 19 at 8pm as a preview of his Edinburgh Festival shows.
Funny man Phil last appeared at the Grand in May 1999 and the year before he played the theatre's Studio -- both sell-out shows.
With his unique mixture of surreal impressions and a bizarre sense of the ridiculous, Phil Cool is Britain's weirdest comedian -- he is Jack Nicholson morphing into Bugs Bunny, Stallone and Schwarzenegger into Jesus Christ, the Pope into Forrest Gump and not to be missed.
Tickets for Phil Cool are £12 (£9 concession) and are on sale now from the Grand Theatre box office now on (01253) 290190.
