ELTON Garage's service department has struck gold!
For the popular Bury dealership has taken a place on Peugeot's podium of excellence to scoop the gold award in a national assessment scheme.
The Service Customer Satisfaction Award scheme aims to recognise and reward the crucial part played by a dealership's service department in satisfying the customers' after sales needs.
Bolton Road-based Elton Garage's Service Customer Satisfaction gold award places its service department among the top 25 in the UK, which demonstrates the excellent levels of customer care it achieved.
Assessment was undertaken through a series of customer questionnaires, mystery shops and telephone surveys.
David Cowan, principal dealer at Elton Garages, commented: "We are delighted that the consistent hard work demonstrated by all members of our service department has been recognised by such a prestigious award.
"It really is quite an achievement to have won the gold award in a national assessment which places our service department within the top 25 dealerships in the country, a great feat when you consider that there are more than 360 dealerships within the Peugeot UK network."
He added: "We are delighted that service manager Scott Cunningham has led his team to success in this award.
"We employ a high calibre of staff who are committed to customer care and it is tremendous that their commitment has been rewarded."
