A great score against Denmark with what I thought to be a good game!
Friday Morning, went on a photoshoot to Tatton Park in their beautiful Japanese Garden.
A chase back home for lunch and then on to the JJB Soccer Dome in Trafford Park for a five a side competition. Presentation of prizes and general mucking about as Sven. A great afternoon in the company of a welcoming group.
Now then the highlight of the day was me playing footie! Yes, I took my jacket off, near knackered myself and took part in a mini penalty shootout at the dome. Might sign on with the local pensioners team.
My newspaper The Bolton Evening News gave a full page splash on page 3 of the Friday paper which was most welcome and my thanks go out to them, and in particular Richard Mulligan, for his story on me.
Yesterday (Saturday), job cancelled in London which I was glad about, as I was suffering from stiffness after the footie bout on Friday! Comes to us all you know ...
An easy day relaxing (dealing with the stiffness!) and the day opened up with a nice piece in the Manchester Evening News.
The pace has currently slowed down. Keep watching, if England win I won't have time for Ulrika (and the wife!)
