NICK DOUGHERTY and Paul Dwyer were the only two East Lancashire representatives at the Great North Open at the De Vere, Slaley Hall, today.
Dwyer, who usually plays his golf on the European Challenge Tour, was due to tee off in the European Tour event at 12.40pm.
Dougherty, who turned 20 only last month and is in his first year on the European Tour, was due to tee off at 12.45pm.
Dougherty finished 39th, two under, at the event last year when he was still an amatuer.
He is currently 25th on the Volvo Order of Merit.
