MUSICIANS at Radcliffe Hall CE Methodist Primary School hit the right note, thanks to the Halle Orchestra.
During the past few weeks, members of the world-famous orchestra have visited the Bury Street school and held a number of workshops.
It was the idea of school music co-ordinator Carol Plummer, whose husband, Julian, plays French horn with the Halle.
The workshops culminated in an evening concert on Monday (June 17) by pupils and a quintet from the Halle.
Headteacher Gill Watson said: "We wanted to raise the profile of music within the school and this was a wonderful opportunity for the children and one they will never forget."
