A TEENAGER was attacked and robbed after being confronted by four thugs in a car.
The incident happened near the Wagon and Horses pub in Walmersley Road, Bury, at around 9.15pm on Saturday (June 22).
Police said the 18-year-old was summoned over to a blue "G" registered Ford Sierra. The occupants demanded property and the teenager was hit three times in the face, causing a cut lip and swollen cheekbone.
The injured youth handed over a gold chain, mobile phone, jacket and a small amount of cash worth a total of £295.
Police say two of the three men in the car were white. One was aged 18 and 5ft 8ins tall, and the other was of medium build with black hair. The third man was black, aged 18, with a shaved head, a goatee-type beard and of slim build.
The fourth person was a white female.
