AN asylum seeker has been cleared of molesting a young wife who claimed he told her he wanted sex.
Kafi Hussain, 31, was found not guilty of two counts of indecent assault, after a trial at Burnley Crown Court.
The defendant, of Sackville Street, Brierfield, who had denied the charges, was discharged from the dock by Judge Raymond Bennett.
