ONE GREAT Marton school has certainly got the answer when it comes to raising funds -- it's all blowing in the wind!
St Nicholas' Primary School, School Road, launched around 800 balloons for a charity race on June 21. And so far the race has raised around £570 for PTFA funds.
Cards attached to the balloons must be returned from wherever they've landed by July 15, and several replies have already been received.
Head teacher Linda Dawes said: "So far we are receiving cards back from the east coast of the country and some of them will probably come back from even further afield. It has been a great success."
