A 54-YEAR-OLD woman who threatened to burn down her home with herself in it, is still awaiting sentence.
Pauline Nield had been due to hear her fate at Burnley Crown Court but medical help had not been forthcoming.
Judge David Pirie adjourned her case again until July 26 and told the defendant she must live at Pennine Road, Bacup. She had earlier admitted arson.
Nield had a drink problem and was said to need psychological help. The hearing had been put back to see if the treatment recommended by medics, but which her solicitor Richard Taylor said did not exist in East Lancashire, could be looked into.
