THE BBC are making a drama out of Bury General Hospital.
Film crews spent three days at the former hospital as part of a forthcoming new drama.
Burn It is described as a brand new fast, funny and original drama for BBC Choice. Its stars including Band of Brothers actor Kieran O'Brian, Lisa Faulkner from Spooks, who plays a nurse, and William Ash of Clocking Off.
Set in Manchester, Burn It rips into the lives of three men who thought they were still boys, no wives, no babies and no responsibilities.
They have spent ten years running away from responsibility but now they have reached 30 it has suddenly hit them between the eyes.
Nicola Shindler, RED Production Company said: "Burn It is a young, fast and racy drama. We're very excited about the excellent casting and the edgy urban storylines.
"The dramas we produce are innovative, bold and sexy and Burn It certainly falls into all these categories."
