COMMUNITY groups in the North-west have been offered the chance to get involved in fighting illegal drug use. The Wigan and Leigh Community Safety Partnership is offering £5,000 to any group with plans for reducing drug-related activity as part of the £300,000 Government Communities Against Drugs Programme.
