WELL, after last weekend's poor start to the season I am not even going to mention the B-word.
Suffice to say we were not good enough, the manager said it, the fans know it and so do we.
Luckily we have got a great chance to get it all out of our system when we take on Wolves at Molineux on Saturday.
I know that the club has a bad record against them but it is a place I love to go to.
It is lovely stadium, there'll be a big crowd and the playing surface is one of the best around.
Also it will be great to come up against a couple of the top stars of the past decade - Paul Ince and Denis Irwin.
Wolves have brought them in to try and finally get to the top flight and I am sure their experience will help Dave Jones who must still be gutted at missing out on promotion last season.
The games against Wolves last year were a bit strange because I was coming back from injury in both of them.
Each time I came on as a sub but in both games we were 3-0 down at half time.
We did not do ourselves justice and obviously we have to improve on that.
It has been a good week in training and we had the benefit of playing behind closed doors against Everton on Tuesday. I think the gaffer wanted to take the opportunity to get the opening day out of our system and it was certainly worthwhile.
The training set-up at Everton is excellent and they had a strong side out so it was a good work-out.
The important thing was that we passed the ball a lot better and that is something we have to take into Saturday's game.
It is no good playing well in training, it is what happens on the pitch on Saturday that matters. That is the difference between success and failure.
I know some fans have probably felt a bit negative this week but we remain positive we can achieve success this season.
Let's face it, today we are only six points off top spot - and we have a game in hand!
And let's face it, we weren't the only ones to have a bad start. No one could have predicted that Millwall would be hit for six at home by Rotherham. I bet Mooro's old man couldn't believe it either.
That is the nature of football in the opening weeks of the season, you get some funny results and it takes a bit of time to settle down.
Of course this weekend sees the start of the Premiership campaign and that is where we all want to be next season.
I'll probably sit down and watch the action on Saturday night and see how my favourite team gets on.
Being from South London you can probably guess who that is - Man United of course!
