A DRUNKEN man who was shouting in the street and punching a bus shelter had been bereaved, a court was told.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Paul Amos Leach, 29, was upset because he thought he had lost his mobile telephone but it was later found on him.
A child in the family had died and that had brought back memories of six years ago when he had lost a child.
Leach, of Admiral Street, Burnley, admitted being drunk and disorderly and was fined £35, with £55 costs.
