NEW Stand manager Joe Murty has brought in almost 20 new players in an attempt to rebuild the club after boss Nick Davis walked out this summer - taking a big chunk of the team with him.

Stand won NWCL Division Two last season by a massive 17 points last season. Murty, ex-boss at Prestwich Heys, said: "Nick left us with no players and it has taken longer than I thought to get a team together."
