THE songs which have become underground summer anthems for 2002 are beginning to find their way into the regular Top 40.
One contender, released this week, is the Mad House cover of Like A Prayer. Cheeky and danced-up, the track has been a huge hit all over Europe, and is set to do big things this weekend.
One to look out for in the shops from next Monday is the new one from Milky.
Much less cheesy than Mad House, Just The Way You Are has a pleasant, relaxed feel to it. Think beaches, palm trees and a cool breeze and you've got it.
But how do you get a name like that?
She said: "That was the idea of the two producers. They nicknamed me Milky basically because I really like ice cream.
"It's a bit silly but I would eat ice cream a lot over in Italy. So they nicknamed me Milky, and we kept it as a name."
An obvious choice for a half Egyptian, half German, former model, TV presenter and belly dancer then.
