DOGS and ferrets stole the show at Astley and Tyldesley Whippet and Dog Racing Club's show at Gin Pit village.
As usual local charities benefited -- £50 donations going to the Special Care Baby Unit at Hope Hospital, Derian House Children's Hospice, Leukaemia Research and Parbold-based Spaniel Rescue.
