ANDREW Sudnick mopped up all Settle's big hitters as Cherry Tree clinched the Jennings Ramsbottom Cup last night.
The accurate medium paced bowler captured the prize wicket of Mark Verden with his first delivery and the next over trapped the Dales side's professional Stewart Hornby lbw.
He followed up by clean bowling dangerman Paul Ridgeway before he got into his stride.
After Cherry Tree had set a target of 191-8 Settle were on 64-3 when play resumed at Read Cricket Club last night.
But their innings struggled to reach 142 as Sudnick picked up four wickets for 27 runs.
Gary Bolton was named man of the match after scoring 58 and then taking two wickets for just 17 runs to claim victory.
Earlier Tim Green had shown a little resistance scoring 24 for Settle, but they never threatened the Cherry Tree total.
Tree are now aiming for a Jennings Ribblesdale League and cup double.
