DRIVERS are being warned to belt up or pay up.
Police and traffic wardens in Blackburn are carrying out the second day of a crackdown on people who fail to wear seatbelts tomorrow.
A checkpoint will be set up somewhere in the town centre for officers to stop cars for checks. Anyone found without a seatbelt on will be given out a fixed penalty fine of £60.
Police mounted the first day of checks in Northgate on Monday.
