I OBJECT to political propaganda disguised as personal opinions in the Letters Page.

The latest was from Gary Titley (Letters, August 8) who, as a Labour MEP, has no choice but to toe the party line on the euro and to champion its acceptance tirelessly if he wants re-election or promotion.

If he wants to campaign for greater ties to the hotbed of fraud, corruption and barmy diktats which is the EU, let him do so at his own expense or through his party's publicity machine and not receive free newspaper space to dripfeed its policies.
