ASTLEY and Tyldesley Miners Welfare Cycle Speedway Club have managed to meet the standards required to be part of British Cycling's Improve Scheme for a further year.
The club has been in existence since 1989 providing cycle opportunities to the local community and further a field.
Their dedication to providing a child friendly, safe cycling environment has been recognized by British Cycling and they have now been awarded a grant towards Youth Development as they have maintained good links with local schools and sports development units.
