WOMEN will share their health experiences as part of a new writing project.
To help celebrate the Leigh Well Women Centre's 10th anniversary funding has been secured to employ a professional scribe to run a series of five writing sessions, aimed at those with no previous experience.
These will culminate in the publication of a booklet.
Writer Claire Moore said: "These workshops are not about spelling or grammar, they are about valuing women's experiences. All women have a story to tell and these fun, easy sessions will help them say what they want to say."
The workshops will take place on Tuesdays September 17 and 24 and October 1 between 10 am and noon and Thursday September 19 and October 3 (7-9pm) at 85, Church Street, Leigh.
Free places can be booked for a single session or all five. More details on 01942 681411.
