A YOUNG man was beaten up by a teenage gang in the early hours of Friday (Aug 16).
The 21-year-old was walking through the subway under Jubilee Way, Bury, at 1am when he was attacked from behind by three muggers who kicked and punched him to the ground before fleeing with his wallet.
He received a cut lip, bloody nose and knee injuries.
One of the attackers is described as being of mixed-race about 17 years-old and wearing a Hoyas top. Another is described as a white male, short, and with a shaved head.
