A BURNLEY mum caught supplying drugs in an undercover police operation has been sent to prison for three years and four months.
Gail Grogan, 31, was found to have dealt heroin to officers on five occasions.
Her arrest came as part of an operation known as Monaco carried out earlier this year.
Grogan, of May Street, Burnley pleaded guilty at Preston Crown Court to five charges of drug supplying.
Neil Standage, prosecuting, said the police operation was conducted between March and May this year and targeted street level drug suppliers in Burnley.
Undercover officers were used to buy heroin and cocaine from suspects.
Twenty nine people went on to be arrested. Richard Bennett, defending, said Grogan had been desperate to pay off debts and had seen her involvement as a method of repayment.
