ICE dancers from Russia who have made their home in Rawtenstall are giving children the chance to enjoy their beloved sport -- on a pub car park!
It is the third time Alexei Kislitsyn and Natalia Pestova have organised Rossendale Children's Day.
Actually the 'day' will last from today to Sunday, September 1, giving youngsters the chance to use the outdoor arena and a fun fair at the Old Cobblers, Newhallhey, Rawtenstall.
The couple dance at the Blackpool Ice Arena and on Thursday will be taking about 80 children for a free day out in the seaside resort.
The youngsters will also get the opportunity to see Alexei and Natalia perform in the Hot Ice Show.
The two Russian ice stars will also be skating on the rink on Sunday along with other members from the show in Blackpool.
