BACUP manager Brent Peters has seen his side race to the top of the NWCL second division but says he is not interested in league tables.
Peters' side has scored eight goals in two games - and conceded just one - in a storming start to the new campaign.
Bacup travel to Chadderton tomorrow.
"Last season I told my players there wasn't a lot wrong with our side but we needed to finish our chances and we needed a keeper," said Peters.
"Apart from the early part of Saturday's game our new keeper Tommy Allen has been a passenger and we have looked like a team full of goals. Our passing and movement has been different class.
"Oldham had a spell on Tuesday night when they really had a go at us and stopped us from playing but it pleased me that we didn't let our guard down.
"Last season we would have got frustrated but we rose above it. We are top of the league. I don't look at league tables but it can only breed confidence."
Damian Gledhill is doubtful after missing Tuesday's game with a knee ligament injury and Mark Rawstron is also a doubt after coming off on Tuesday with a groin strain.
