FIREMEN are investigating the cause of a blaze at a house in Leigh.
A family fled the semi-detached house in Glamis Close after bedding in a rear bedroom caught fire.
Two adults and a child managed to get themselves out of the building before firemen arrived, although one person needed oxygen from firemen at the scene.
The bedroom was damaged in the blaze at 7.30am on Saturday and the rest of the house was affected by smoke. The family refused hospital treatment.
