SIX runners have been pounding out the miles in a bid to run to 20 Premiership football clubs in seven days.
By swopping their Royal Air Force boots for trainers the men are hoping to raise £20,000 for charity.
The team of runners were welcomed at Ewood Park after running two 12-mile legs each for six days.
And from Blackburn they head off on the final leg to Everton and Liverpool.
Gary Lofters of Ennismore Street, Burnley, is working on the back-up support team.
He said: "I really don't know how they are managing to run so far. Their average age is 38, so it's not as if they are spring chickens.
"But there is a limit to the training you can do for something like this.."
The runners hope to support breast and prostate cancer charities as well as Get Kids Going and the Royal Air Force Association.
