A SEVEN-year-old girl saved her younger sister by smacking her on the back and dislodging a 2p coin she had swallowed.
Lyndsay Shearon, seven, of Manor Street, Accrington, saved Michaela, two, because she had swallowed a 20p coin two years before and knew what to do.
