WITH a string of unpronounceable characters -- Agamemnon, Menelaus and Philoctetes -- Hector's House will have audiences intrigued right from the outset.
The Greek-style play, written by LipService's Maggie Fox and Sue Ryding, shows at Manchester's Library Theatre from September 3-14.
Not just about Trojan wars Hector's House is full of comedy tips on how to keep your toga crease-free, how to lace your sandals so they don't flop down your legs and how to explain that in a hot-headed moment you've accidentally slain your wife's family.
Tickets cost from £9 and are available from the box office on 0161 236 7110 or on-line at www.uk.tickets.com
